These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hawk AI website, applications, and AI-powered business automation services.
By accessing or using Hawk AI, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Hawk AI is building an AI Business Operating System that enables organizations to build, orchestrate, and deploy AI-powered workflows across customer support, sales, knowledge management, and business operations.
Features and available functionality may vary depending on your subscription plan.
We continuously improve our platform and may update, modify, or discontinue certain features from time to time.
3. Accounts
Some features require creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain Hawk AI services require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.
5. Credits
One managed model credit represents $0.001 of model usage reported by OpenRouter. Free includes no Hawk-managed credits. Each fully paid $20 Pro billing period includes 5,000 newly provisioned credits.
Credits expire according to your plan, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Any refund, reversal, or payment dispute may revoke credits from that billing period immediately.
Pro credits expire at the end of their paid billing period and do not roll over.
Free uses an OpenAI account or API credential you configure. Pro may fall back to that credential when Hawk-managed credits are unavailable or exhausted. Your use of that account is governed by your agreement with OpenAI.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate any applicable laws;
- upload malicious software or harmful content;
- interfere with the operation or security of Hawk AI;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- abuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Hawk AI uses artificial intelligence to assist users with automation and content generation.
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
Hawk AI, including its software, branding, trademarks, website content, designs, and technology, remains the property of Hawk AI or its licensors.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
9. Privacy
Your use of Hawk AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

11. Limitation of Liability
Hawk AI is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawk AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated effective date.
Continued use of Hawk AI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
